2013-2014 Short Course Meet Schedule

Below is our meet schedule for the 2013-2014 Short Course Season. Please be sure to look at the time standards in the last column - if your swimmer does not meet the time standards required for that particular meet, s/he cannot be entered. Time standards can be found here. Make sure you look at the second page that says "Short Course Yards."

As the meet entry deadlines approach, a new blog post will be created with the entry due date and all meet information for each meet. Entry due dates will also be posted on our website, on the Meet Info tab. To enter a meet you must send an e-mail to neonswimming@gmail.com. Put the meet name (ex: Sprint Spectacular) in the subject line and in the body of the e-mail put which day(s) of the meet you would like to attend (Saturday only, both days, et cetera).

Please pencil in meets you can attend on the calendar! It is very important that the swimmers get to participate in the meets in order to see the progress from all their hard work - this helps to keep them motivated in practices. Performance in meets also helps coaches to evaluate which skills the swimmers have mastered, and which skills still need more attention. Also, participation in swim meets is necessary for advancement into each group (Silver, Gold, and Platinum).
