The
Freestyle Frenzy and IMX Meet will be held on October 27th at Solon
High School. There are no time standard requirements for these meets. The
morning session will be for the Freestyle Frenzy meet and the afternoon session
will be for the IMX Meet. Events available for Freestyle Frenzy are: 25 Fr (for 10 & Under only), 50 Fr, 100 Fr, 200 Fr, 500 Fr, and 1000 Fr. Events for the IMX Meet are: 200 Bk, 200 Fly, 200 Br, and 400 IM.
The Due date for
entries is Sunday September 29th
by midnight. Please send your entries to neonswimming@gmail.com.
Please provide the name(s) of your swimmer(s) in the e-mail, in addition to
which session you would like to attend (Freestyle or IMX). Put the meet name in
the subject line of the e-mail.

Starting
Times:
Morning
session: 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. The meet will begin at 8:20 a.m.
Afternoon session:
Estimated warm-ups time
will be posted on www.lakeerieswimming.com
and www.solonstars.com on Wednesday, October 23, 2013. There will be a combined warm-up for 45
minutes (meet will start 5 minutes later).
Entry
Fees:
Individual events $4.50;
plus a $2.00 per swimmer surcharge (for the Lake Erie Zone Team
fund). Fees must accompany all
entries.
Entry
Limitations:
Each swimmer may enter 5
events for the day.
Deck
Entries:
Fees will be $6.50 per
individual event. Deck entries will be
accepted on a space available basis only.
Deck entries will close 35 minutes
prior to the start of each session. Deck
entered swimmers, new to the meet, will pay the $2.00 surcharge and must
provide proof of USA Registration. Deck
entries will be seeded at NO TIME (NT).
Qualifying times: There are no qualifying
times for this meet; however, in order to help us with seeding, please include
an estimated time even if it is a practice time for those swimmers no time in
the event.
Seeding
and Check In:
The meet will be deck
seeded. All swimmers must check-in for their events
in the lobby area adjacent to the natatorium.
Clerk
of Course:
There will be no Clerk of Course
for this meet. The host will provide
assistance on deck to swimmers, particularly those lining up for the 25
freestyle.
Awards:
Individual events:
Ribbons for 1st - 8th place.
Heat winners will receive
an award. All awards must be picked up at the meet. Awards will not be mailed unless specifically
announced by the meet host.
Admissions:
Admission will be $4.00;
seniors (65 and over) and 3 & under children free. There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the building. Psych sheets will be $3.00.
Note: ONLY
Athletes participating in the current session, Officials, Coaches who are
current members of USA swimming and who are on staff with a USA team, and Meet
Workers will be permitted on deck. All
others must remain in the spectator areas.
Although the Gymnasium will be
available for athletes and spectators to wait for their events to be called, we ask that our athletes and their guests
refrain from using any Solon High athletic equipment that may be in the gym for
use by the High School teams. In
addition, please remain in the portion of the gym designated for our use. Other groups may also be using the gymnasium.

the marquee, and turn left at the
stop sign into the parking lot
