LOCATION: Euclid High
School , 711 East 222nd Street, Euclid, OH 44123
STARTING TIMES: Morning session warm-up is from 7:30 –
8:00 a.m. for 9-10 year olds, and 8:00 – 8:30 for 8 & Unders, with
competition starting at 8:35 a.m.
ENTRY FEES: Individual events $4.00; Relays: $8.00;
plus a $2.00 per swimmer LESI surcharge. There is also a $3.00 team charge. NO
REFUNDS.
ENTRY LIMITATIONS: Swimmers may enter up to 4
individual events and 1 relay event.
DECK ENTRIES: Deck entries will be taken on a
space available basis up to 35 minutes before the start of the session and
seeded at NT. Deck entrants should sign up at the deck entry table @ $8.00 per
individual event and $ 12.00 per relay.
Deck entry swimmers new to meet will be charged $2.00 LESI surcharge and
must provide proof of USA Swimming registration.
SEEDING & CHECK IN: All individual events will
be pre-seeded. All
relays will be deck seeded. Relay cards must be turned in upon call in order to
be seeded. Each
swimmer/relay team shall report promptly to the Clerk of Course prior to the
race in which the swimmer/relay team is entered.
AWARDS: Individual

place
Relay Events: Ribbons for 1st
– 3rd place
Heat Winners: Ribbon
ADMISSION COST: Cost Per Person: $4.00. Cost for Heat
Sheets: $3.00. Parking is free.
Camera Zones: Meet Management shall designate and
inform the public of “Camera Zones” at each swim meet where both still and
video photography of a race or competitor may be taken. Acceptable Camera Zones
may include, but are not limited to the side courses of a pool, team gathering
areas, concession areas, the turn-end of the competition course when not in use
as a start-end, etc. Meet Management shall also designate “No Camera Zones.”
Under NO circumstances will Camera Zones include locker rooms, restrooms, any
dressing areas, or the area immediately behind the starting blocks at either
end of the racing course(s) while they are in
use for race starts during competition and warm-up. Those failing to
abide by this rule may be removed from the venue.
NOTE: Only athletes entered in the meet, working coaches, officials, and meet workers are allowed on deck. Other non-participants are expected to remain in the spectator area.
