LOCATION: Hubbard Community Pool, 200
Hall Avenue, Hubbard, OH 44425 (formerly
250 Hall Avenue)
STARTING TIMES: Saturday morning session warm-ups will begin at 8am and last
45min. A continuous warm up will be
available in a designated area of the diving well. If another session is added
due to entries, warm up will begin 15 minutes after the end of the first
session and last 45 minutes. At the discretion of the Meet Safety Director,
warm ups may be split by gender or age group or team. The finalized warm up plan may be found at www.lakeerieswimming.com by January
30, 2013.
ENTRY FEES: Individual events $4.00; Relays: $8.00; plus a $2.00
per swimmer LESI surcharge. There is also a $3.00 team charge.
ENTRY LIMITATIONS: Swimmers may enter up to 4 individual events/day,
exclusive of relays. Teams may enter 3
relays per relay event. Swimmers may compete in 2 relays per session.
DECK ENTRIES: Deck entries will be taken on a space available
basis up to 35 minutes before the start of the session and seeded at NT. Deck
entrants should sign up in the deck entry office @ $8.00 per individual event
and $ 11.00 per relay. Deck entry
swimmers new to the meet will be charged $2.00 LESI surcharge and must provide
proof of USA Swimming registration.
SEEDING & CHECK IN: Individual events will be pre-seeded. All
relay events will be seeded on the deck.
Relay cards must be turned in upon call in order to be seeded. ALL SWIMMERS will report to the
Clerk of Course. In accordance with
102.1.4, events may be seeded together but scored separately.
AWARDS: Individual Events: - Ribbons 1-8 Relay Events: Ribbons 1-3
ADMISSION COST: $4 for adults. Heat Sheets will be sold for $2 each. Parking is free and is located in front of
the pool, at the Middle School located next to the pool. Street parking is also available on the east
side of Hall Avenue ONLY! Please follow
signs!
CAMERA ZONES: Meet Management shall designate and
inform the public of “Camera Zones” at each swim meet where both still and
video photography of a race or competitor may be taken. Acceptable Camera Zones
may include, but are not limited to the side courses of a pool, team gathering
areas, concession areas, the turn-end of the competition course when not in use
as a start-end, etc. Meet Management shall also designate “No Camera Zones.”
Under NO circum-stances will Camera Zones include locker rooms, rest rooms, any
dressing areas, or the area immediately behind the starting blocks at either
end of the racing course(s) while they are in use for race starts during
competition and warm-up. Those failing to abide by this rule may be removed
from the venue.
NOTE: Only
athletes entered in the meet, working coaches, officials, and meet workers are
allowed on deck. Non-participants are expected to remain in the spectator area.
